Hotel stay was good. When we raise the complaint that ac is not cooling properly, they alloted another room for us. The staffs were friendly.

2 bedroom suite is very spacious. Room service is 24/7.

Not the hotel's fault but there were many prostitutes and their "clients" at the hotel during our 3 day stay. The couch in the hotel room had many stains. One of the guys at the desk kept deactivating our room key. We had friends there and they did NOT have this problem. The front desk held our passports even after they made a copy. NOT OK and this is not the standard at other hotels. They did not respond to our request for airport pickup.

The staff are great. We I need something, they respond very quickly Main Entrance, lobby , corridors are very clean.

The noise of the nightclub ; I cloud not sleep. The room needs maintenance. The lights of the room are not comfortable. The a/c was too noisy. WIFI is not working in the rooms.

I came with friends and paid for 2 rooms. My coworker was charged an additional charge for a guest. (this was rectified upon checkout) but my credit card was charged and additional $21 dollars. The only additional charges I had was some roomservice (9BD) in which I paid cash. The hotel has yet to respond to the additional charges. I am a repeat customer at a minimujm 2 times a month. I am annoyed and will be looking for a new hotel for my future stays.

A fairly good hotel

Room was spacious and clean. overall it wasn't bad but it could be better. If you can cope with the noise then it's not bad, but if you can't, then look for another.

Paper thin walls, you could literally hear each and every sound in the hotel. You don't have to go to the disco; the disco itself is brought to your room from 9 pm to 2 am. I've stayed in hotels where you could hear a little noise coming from the clubs or discos, but they were nothing like this one. This one takes it to a whole new level. They will keep your ID or passport for your entire stay and they will also keep the passport of anyone visiting you and charge you 10 bd for each visitor. Room service are not responsive and most of the time they don't understand what you want.

The room service is good, they keep cleaning the room even at night, the Ac is perfect, and they have indoor parking

Some time they knocking the door for silly thing , they want to take the dishes back they woke me up from deep sleep just for this reason, this is not good, alot of clup and noise around if u try to sleep early, you have no chance, there is no view to open the curtain for, the food price are so expensive

Crystal Place Hotel in Bahrain should be 4 Star hotel, but I think this rating is totally wrong. I may contact Ministry of Tourism in Bahrain asking them to check and give them a new and accurate rating. It was One of the worst experience in my life – just to brief what I have saw last night. First room they gave me; was out of Wi-Fi Connection and the receptionist confirmed that it’s under repairing and it will be fixed soon, but I realize that this connection problem is 1 week back and till now they did not fix it. 2nd Room I saw in different floor was having 2 burning lights 3rd Room I choose , it has very bad vision since the lights are not enough for that room, and also WiFi connections is too week and each time I need good connection I have to go to reception area !!!! All Corridors in the hotel having vision issues. Breakfast place and quality of the food is not for 4 star hotels Their main target is night time activities with those customers who is looking for fun and other issues, but customers like me; who is looking for nice and relax place is not in their agenda. Hope this message will reach to the decision makers in this hotel and Ministry of Tourism.

1-WiFi was not working 2-One of the staff told me to go to floor 13 for breakfast and when I went there with my family we discovered that it was a bar and many people was drinking. Breakfast turned out to be in another floor.

OK budget hotel in Manama

The room (two bedroom suite) was great, very big and with amazingly comfortable beds.

The WiFi signal was very weak, me and my friends all lost contact with it every couple of minutes throughout our 2-night stay. The breakfast room is very dark and the quality of the breakfast is below average.
